OUR PRODUCTS - STYLE AND QUALITY

We carefully select and present the most current styles, as well as the finest chains,  charms, and products available in the market. Our exclusive focus is on utilizing 14k gold filled or higher in a range of finishes. Throughout every stage of your visit, we conduct thorough quality checks on our materials, ensuring that the end product you acquire is one we take pride in and believe you will too. In the event of any manufacturing issues with our products or materials, we are committed to taking prompt action to address and resolve the situation.


EXPERIENCE ASSURANCE

While we aspire for the term "permanent" to truly reflect the durability of our jewelry, we acknowledge that normal wear and tear may impact its longevity – and we trust that you recognize this as well. Therefore, we take pride in providing the most extensive warranty available in the permanent jewelry industry.

TERMS OF PURCHASE - AT TIME OF PURCHASE

  • Each piece is made-to-order, or an event, by a certified welder and all sales are final upon payment.
  • There are no exchanges or refunds once the sale is final.

60 DAY WELDING WARRANTY - FROM DATE OF PURCHASE

  • During the initial 60 days following your purchase, should the welded product exhibit any issues such as unwelding, detachment, or requiring refitting for any reason, you can schedule a repair appointment with us. This service, which includes welding or adjustments, is provided free of charge,  as long as you have the product in your possession.

    Subsequent to the initial 60 days from the date of purchase, a service fee of $20 will be applied per item for welding or resizing. It's important to note that this fee can be waived if you choose to purchase another Haven Jewelry  product at the time of your scheduled appointment. 

    REPLACEMENT OPTIONS IF YOUR PIECE IS LOST

    • All sales are final and we don't cover replacements of lost Haven Jewelry items.
    • If your item is lost, or needs replacement, within 60 days of purchase we offer 50% off for replacement of the item purchased or an equivalent if the item is no longer available.
    • If your item is lost, or needs replacement, after 60 days of purchase, and within 6 months, we offer 25% off for replacement of the item purchased or an equivalent if the item is no longer available
